3. Make sure you get enough sleep
Not getting enough sleep each night can be terrible for your overall health. It can lead to issues with mental health and can even interrupt your hormone levels to leave you feeling terrible most of the time. Not sleeping enough can also interfere with your appetite, making you eat more so that you gain weight, which then affects your health in other ways. Make sure to get 8 hours of sleep a night to keep yourself healthy.
